We produce grass-fed Beef from our herd of Dexter and Belted Galloway Cattle, Homebred Lamb from Dutch Spotted Sheep, Pork, Sausages and Dry-cured Bacon from the various Rare-Breeds we keep including Middle White, Oxford Sandy & Black and Gloucestershire Old Spot Pigs.
The Chickens and Guinea Fowl are bought as Day-old Chicks, the Chickens are a hybrid
specially bred to grow slowly and range outdoors.
All of our animals are taken to a local family run FSA approved abattoir and not
religiously slaughtered, the poultry is despatched under WATOK license.
