Exactly 20 years ago I retired from teaching and exchanged chalk for a rolling pin. Over
the years we have attended various markets and supplied farmshops and tearooms in the
local area.
Working from our farmhouse kitchen, just 5 minutes away from the village, we
bake a range of delicious biscuits, melt in the mouth pastries and luscious desserts, all
containing the finest ingredients.
Whether you like a plain buttery shortbread biscuit, a
delicious mediterranean savoury tart or an indulgent meringue roulade filled with fruit
and cream, you will find it on our stall.
